3. Performance Management:
- Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.

4. Event Organization and Moderation:
- Plan, organize, and execute various company events, such as employee engagement activities, team-building exercises, and special celebrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate and moderate events, ensuring smooth flow, active participation, and adherence to event schedules.
5. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Process HR-related documentation, such as contracts, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics, analyzing trends and providing insights to support decision-making.
6. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices align with legal requirements.
- Review and revise HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience will also be considered).
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
